Manager
Renier Johannes Lubbe joined the company in 2016 with 10 years’ experience as a Manager. He modernised the company’s current data systems to capture and record all matters dealt with in an accurate and consistent manner. He has excellent communication skills, handling all negotiations, terms and conditions, and works well with clients’ to ensure their satisfaction is always met. He manages and records all financial income and expenses daily to ensure no payment or expense is unallocated or unaccounted for.
Assistant Manager
Bianca Lucka joined the company in 2013 with 15 years’ experience in the transcription industry. She manages all transcriptionists, ensuring that all work audios and supporting documents are sent out in an efficient and secured manner. She ensures that quotations and statements are sent out promptly and timeously. Bianca, manages our main email address, is in charge of all our social media platforms, updating and managing all posts, comments and content.
Our founding member laid the foundation for Lubbe Meintjes Transcribers with a vision of delivering precise, reliable, and professional transcription services. Their dedication and commitment continue to guide the values and direction of the company today.

Magrietha Lubbe envisioned starting a transcription and stenography business. By researching the needs and requirements of the judicial system, she brought her and Carol’s vision to life in 2002, by establishing the business that has become a staple and well recognised transcribing and stenography business in the judicial system and beyond. With over 35 years’ of experience in the field of stenography and transcribing, she is hands-on in the company when it comes to ensure that all work done is exceptional and quality is not compromised in any manner whatsoever.

Carol Lynn Meintjies started her career as a government typist in 1989, and continued through the ranks until 2002, when Lubbe & Meintjes CC, the brainchild of Magrietha and herself, was established and offices opened at the Labour Court. The two members’ realised that there was a huge demand for the services of a competent transcription and stenography company. She has a hands-on approach when it comes to any needs the company may need. She has been a stenographer at Lubbe & Meintjes CC for the past 16 years’, and a typist for over 36 years’.
